RMM for MSPs · by Skiwi BV

Windows fleets, managed. An AI engineer that asks before it acts.

AIT is remote monitoring and management for the customers you look after: a lightweight agent on every Windows device, a dashboard for your technicians, and — in development — an AI support engineer that investigates with read-only tools and proposes the fix.

What the agent reports

Per device, from the device. The dashboard shows what was measured and when.

  • Inventory

    Hardware, OS build, disks, memory

  • Health

CPU, memory, disk, thermals, uptime — live

  • Findings

Disk filling, service crashed, blue screen, reboot pending

  • Audit

Every action, by whom, with the outcome

Product

What it does

The parts of an RMM a technician uses every day, and an assistant that does the looking so the technician does the deciding.

  • Inventory & health

Hardware, OS, disk, memory and thermals for every managed Windows device, measured by the agent and shown as measured.

  • Findings

Disk filling up, agent offline, a service that keeps crashing, a blue screen, a pending reboot — raised from what the agent measured and tracked to resolution.

  • Scripts & schedules

A shared script library with run-now, streamed output and schedules, every run attributed and logged.

  • Remote terminal & desktop

Straight from the dashboard, behind MFA step-up and audited end to end, with an on-screen indicator on the device while a session is live.

  • AI support engineerIn development

Diagnoses with read-only tools, proposes a fix, and asks before it acts. Runs only the tools your policy allows.

  • Built for MSPs

One login across the customers you manage, with per-customer access the customer can see and revoke.

Trust

Built on four principles

An RMM holds the keys to every device it manages. These are the rules AIT is built to, not a policy it asks you to trust.

  • Only measured data

Every number in the dashboard and every sentence the AI support engineer says comes from something the agent observed. No estimates dressed up as facts, no placeholder figures.

  • Vetted tools, never raw shell

The AI works through a registry of named tools with typed inputs and outputs. What it may run on a device is decided by your policy, per organisation — and it cannot step outside it.

  • Reversible and accountable

Fixes are proposed before they are applied where Windows allows it, and every action — by a technician, a policy or the AI — lands in the audit log with who did it and what changed.

  • Least privilege by default

Remote access sits behind MFA step-up. A technician who lacks a permission does not see the control at all. Access a customer grants, the customer can take back.

Pricing

Per managed endpoint
