Terms of Service
Effective September 2, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AIT remote monitoring and management platform, including our websites, dashboard, APIs, and agent software (together, the "Service"), operated by Skiwi BV ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
AIT is a remote monitoring and management platform that lets you monitor, maintain, and support the devices you manage. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the Service.
2. Accounts and sign-in
You need an account to use most of the Service. You can register directly or sign in through a supported single sign-on (SSO) provider such as Microsoft or Google. When you use SSO, you authorize that provider to share basic profile information (such as your name and email address) with us so we can create and secure your account.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at support@skiwi.nl if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to break any law or infringe anyone's rights;
- Store or run scripts, files or data that are unlawful, defamatory, or that you do not have the rights to use;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems, or disrupt the Service's integrity or performance;
- Reverse engineer, resell, or commercially exploit the Service except as expressly permitted.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of the data, scripts and device telemetry you bring into the Service ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Data solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use Your Data and that it complies with these Terms.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Skiwi BV and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property rights to you.
6. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party services (for example, identity providers used for SSO and integrations). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
7. Availability
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, suspend, or limit access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service or comply with the law.
8. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skiwi BV will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably need to protect the Service, other users, or comply with the law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, though certain provisions (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
