Privacy Statement

This Privacy Statement explains how Skiwi BV ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use the AIT remote monitoring and management platform (the "Service"). We act as the data controller for the personal data described here.

1. Information we collect

Account and sign-in information

When you create an account or sign in, we collect your name, email address, and the organization you belong to. If you sign in through a single sign-on (SSO) provider such as Microsoft or Google, we receive basic profile information from that provider — typically your name, email address, and a unique account identifier — so we can create and secure your account. We do not receive your password from the SSO provider.

Content you provide

We store the information you enter in the Service (such as sites, device names, scripts and support tickets) so we can provide it back to you and your team.

Usage and device data

We collect technical information needed to operate the Service, such as log data, IP address, browser or device type, and information about the managed devices the agent runs on (for example, hardware, status, version, and diagnostics). This helps us keep the Service secure and running.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to sign you in and keep your session secure. We do not use them to track you across other websites.

2. How we use your information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
  • To authenticate you and keep your account secure;
  • To respond to your requests and provide support;
  • To monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the Service;
  • To comply with our legal obligations.

3. Legal bases

Where the GDPR applies, we process your personal data on the following bases: performance of a contract (to provide the Service to you and your organization), our legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Service), your consent (where we ask for it), and compliance with legal obligations.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers (processors) who help us run the Service under appropriate agreements, including hosting, database, storage, email delivery, and identity providers. These providers may process data on our behalf and are bound to protect it. We may also disclose information where required by law.

5. Signing in with Microsoft

If you sign in with Microsoft, Microsoft authenticates you and shares limited profile information (your name, email address, and a directory identifier) with us. We use this only to create and manage your account. Microsoft's handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.

6. International transfers

Some of our service providers may process data outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect your data.

7. Data retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then for as long as necessary to meet our legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and continuously improve our safeguards.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. 10. Children

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. Changes to this statement

We may update this Privacy Statement from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
